NDIS Routine, Regulation & Sleep Support

• This package includes review of the completed NeuroNest Comprehensive Sleep Intake Form, sleep patterns, daily routines, sensory and regulation profile, NDIS goals and any relevant reports or current supports provided by the family.

• Families receive a written Routine, Regulation & Sleep Plan with practical, research-informed strategies that may support bedtime routines, sleep readiness, settling, overnight waking, early waking, sensory comfort, regulation and morning routines.

• The package also includes telehealth check-ins across one week, capped at 1.5 hours total. These check-ins are used to support implementation, clarify recommendations, review early progress and make small adjustments as the family begins using the plan.

NeuroNest can provide a quote for families to submit to their plan manager or support coordinator.

Line Item: 15_005_0118_1_3, Early Childhood Supports, Early Childhood Professional. NDIS Price Limit: $193.99 per hour, 2025–26. Total Package: 3 hours. Total Cost: $580.00.

Once the intake form has been completed in full and all required information has been received, NeuroNest aims to email the completed Routine, Regulation & Sleep Plan within two business days. If information is missing or unclear, we may contact the parent or carer for clarification before finalising the plan.

Additional support can be provided if requested and where aligned with the participant’s NDIS goals and available funding. Additional support is charged at $193.99 per hour.
