Circle of Security Classroom Approach

The Circle of Security® Classroom Approach is a relationship-focused, evidence-based professional learning model that helps educators recognise children’s cues and respond with sensitivity, building secure relationships that foster regulation, resilience, and belonging in inclusive early learning environments.

Autism & Neurodiversity Affirming Practice

We deliver tailored projects that respond to the inclusion needs of autistic children in early childhood settings. These projects build educator understanding of autism as a neurodevelopmental difference and integrate neuropsychological theory relevant to early learning contexts. Grounded in evidence-based and neurodiversity-affirming practices, our approach promotes authentic inclusion and wellbeing for autistic children. Each project is customised and may include professional development, on-the-floor coaching, mentoring, and reflective practice to ensure sustainable change.
