Once purchased, you will receive a secure client intake form. This helps our certified sleep consultant understand your child’s sleep patterns, routines, sensory preferences, regulation needs, and current challenges. From this information, a comprehensive sleep plan is developed that is tailored to your child and family and based on the latest research for neurodivergent children. The full NeuroNest Sleep Program for families wanting guided support, parent coaching, and follow-up. What’s included Session 1: Comprehensive Sleep Assessment & Parent Consultation A 90-minute consultation exploring your child’s sleep history, current sleep patterns, regulation needs, sensory profile, anxiety, routines, and daytime factors that influence sleep. Session 2: Parent Coaching & Sleep Education We explain why your child’s sleep may look the way it does and guide you through the strategies in your plan, so you feel confident implementing them at home. Session 3: Follow-Up Support & Plan Adjustments We review progress, troubleshoot challenges, and adjust the plan as your child practises new sleep skills. Written Comprehensive Sleep Plan Includes support for bedtime routines, settling, overnight waking, early rising, split nights, sleep timing, sensory/environmental supports, and daytime foundations.
