NeuroNest Collective
Last updated: 3 November 2026

1. About us

NeuroNest Collective is operated by Anna Julian as a sole trader. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Anna Julian trading as NeuroNest Collective.

We respect the privacy of children and families. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, purchase products, provide information for a sleep plan or receive coaching.

Please direct privacy enquiries to Anna Julian using the business contact details on this website.

2. Information we collect

We collect information reasonably needed to provide and administer the products and services you request. This may include:

  • Parent or carer name and contact details.

  • Order information, payment status and delivery address.

  • Your child’s initials and age in years and months.

  • Information you provide about sleep, routines, development and relevant support needs.

  • Sleep diaries, correspondence, coaching messages and feedback.

  • Technical information collected through the website, such as IP address, browser details and website activity.

Information about health, disability or development may be sensitive information. We seek consent to collect relevant sensitive information unless collection is otherwise permitted by law.

3. Do not provide children’s identifying information

Please do not include your child’s full name, date of birth, address, school name, photographs or other identifying information in the intake form, sleep diary or supporting documents.

Use only your child’s initials and age in years and months.

Please follow the same approach when communicating through email or messaging platforms.

Using initials limits direct identification. Information may nevertheless remain personal information if it can reasonably be linked to your child through your contact details, order or other information.

4. Consent and authority

You must have authority to provide information about the child and arrange support on their behalf. We may ask you to confirm that authority.

We respect children’s involvement in decisions about their information according to their understanding and capacity.

You may decline to provide information or withdraw consent to future collection and use by contacting us. If essential information is unavailable, we may be unable to prepare a suitable plan or provide the requested support.

Withdrawal does not undo processing already lawfully undertaken or require deletion of records we must retain by law.

5. How we use information

We use relevant information to:

  • Process purchases and deliver products.

  • Understand your child’s sleep and prepare their personalised plan.

  • Communicate with you and provide purchased coaching.

  • Respond to enquiries, feedback and complaints.

  • Meet applicable legal and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your child’s personal information.

6. Our sleep planning application

NeuroNest Collective uses a custom-built sleep planning application developed with Streamlit, with its code managed through GitHub.

The application does not use artificial intelligence to process intake responses or generate sleep plans.

This statement relates to our planning application. Third-party website, payment and messaging providers operate their own systems under their respective privacy policies.

7. Retention and deletion

NeuroNest Collective’s practice is to delete identifiable intake forms, sleep diaries and working information after the personalised plan has been generated, unless retention is required by law. Our identifiable copy of the completed plan is deleted after it has been provided to the family.

Any copies retained in de-identified form must have identifying details and links removed so they cannot reasonably be connected to an individual child or family.

Please save your delivered plan and resources. We may be unable to provide replacement copies after deletion.

Parent contact details, orders, transaction records, correspondence and coaching messages are handled separately. These are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, manage enquiries or disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Deletion from our active working records does not necessarily mean immediate deletion from third-party systems or backups. Copies held by providers are subject to their retention arrangements and applicable law.

8. Wix and Square

Our website and online store use Wix. Payments made through Square are processed by Square.

These providers handle information needed to operate the website, process payments, prevent fraud and maintain transaction records. We receive information needed to confirm and manage your purchase.

Please enter payment details only through the designated checkout. Do not send card numbers or security codes through intake forms, email or social media messages.

Further information is available in the:

9. Messaging support

Coaching may be provided through Facebook Messenger, Instagram direct messages or another agreed platform.

The platform provider also handles your account information and messages under its own privacy arrangements. Please avoid sending unnecessary identifying information or sensitive documents through social media, and do not post personal information in public comments.

Deleting a conversation from our account does not necessarily remove copies held by you or the platform.

10. Sharing information

We may disclose relevant information to service providers assisting with website operation, hosting, payment processing, communications, document preparation and delivery.

We may also disclose information with your consent or where required or permitted by law, including circumstances involving a serious threat to health or safety.

We limit disclosures to information reasonably needed for the relevant purpose.

11. Overseas processing

Some service providers may process or store information outside Australia.

Wix identifies storage in the United States and Ireland, with other processing through its international network. Square and messaging providers may also process information overseas.

We remain responsible for obligations that apply to our handling of personal information and use of overseas providers under Australian law.

12. Cookies

Our website and its providers may use cookies and similar technologies for checkout, security and website operation. Where enabled, analytics and marketing tools may also collect information about website use.

You can manage cookies through your browser and any available website controls. Disabling some cookies may affect website functionality.

13. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information against misuse, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

No online system can guarantee absolute security. If a data breach occurs, we will assess it and take any remedial and notification steps required by law.

14. Feedback, testimonials and marketing

Feedback helps us improve our products and services.

We will seek separate permission before publishing identifiable feedback or a testimonial. Permission is optional and does not affect the support you receive.

You may withdraw permission for future use by contacting us. We will remove material from channels we control where reasonably practicable, although we may be unable to retrieve copies already distributed or shared by others.

Marketing communications will include a way to unsubscribe. Necessary communications about an existing purchase or service may continue.

15. Access and correction

You may contact us to request access to or correction of personal information we hold, or to ask about deletion.

We may need to verify your identity and authority before providing information about a child. Information already deleted may not be recoverable.

If we cannot fulfil a request, we will explain the reason and available next steps.

16. Privacy complaints

Please contact Anna Julian through the business contact details on this website if you have a privacy concern.

We aim to respond within 30 days. If additional time is needed, we will explain why and provide an expected response date.

You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

17. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change. The current version and update date will appear on this website.

Where required, we will notify you of material changes or seek further consent.

Terms and Conditions

NeuroNest Collective
Last updated: 3 November 2026

1. About these terms

NeuroNest Collective is operated by Anna Julian as a sole trader. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Anna Julian trading as NeuroNest Collective.

These terms apply to products and services purchased through this website. Please read them together with the relevant product description and Privacy Policy before purchasing.

The product description and terms presented at the time of purchase form part of your agreement with us. Later changes do not alter an existing purchase unless agreed with you or required by law.

2. Products and services

We provide personalised sleep plans, supporting resources, printed products and optional online coaching.

Your purchase includes only the products and services described in the relevant listing. Coaching, printed copies and additional services are separate purchases unless expressly included in a package.

3. Scope of support

NeuroNest Collective provides educational and practical sleep support.

Our services do not provide medical diagnosis, prescribe medication or treatment, or replace assessment and care from a qualified health professional.

We may recommend medical or allied health review where concerns fall outside our scope. Please do not delay seeking appropriate care while waiting for a plan or coaching response.

Our website and messaging services are not emergency services.

4. No guarantee of sleep outcomes

NeuroNest Collective does not guarantee that your child will fall asleep independently, sleep through the night, stop waking, sleep for a particular duration or wake at a particular time.

Children respond differently to sleep support. Sleep may be influenced by development, health, sensory needs, emotional wellbeing, routines, environment and other circumstances.

Recommendations are based on the information available when the plan is prepared. Progress may be gradual or variable, and recommendations may need adjustment as circumstances change.

Purchasing a plan or coaching package does not guarantee a particular result or improvement within a fixed timeframe.

This does not limit our obligation to provide services with due care and skill or your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

5. Family choice and your child’s wellbeing

Our approach is individualised, neurodiversity affirming and attachment informed. Cry-it-out methods are not used.

You choose which recommendations to implement, taking into account your family’s values, priorities and circumstances.

Your child’s comfort, communication and cues should guide implementation. If a strategy causes increasing distress or appears unsuitable, pause it and seek guidance.

Children are not expected to abruptly lose the comfort or support they need to feel safe.

6. Your responsibilities

You must have authority to arrange the service and provide information about the child.

Please provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge and notify us of relevant changes before the plan is completed or while coaching is underway.

You remain responsible for your child’s supervision and care. Consider recommendations alongside relevant medical advice and seek professional assessment where needed.

Nothing in this section removes our responsibility for the quality of the services we provide.

7. Personalised sleep plans

Plans are prepared using your intake information and sleep diary.

Preparation begins once we have received payment and the required information. The applicable preparation timeframe will be stated in the product listing or agreed with you before work begins.

We may contact you for clarification before completing the plan.

A plan reflects the information available at the time of preparation. Substantial updates arising from new circumstances may require a separate service. Any additional charge will be discussed and agreed with you beforehand.

Please download and retain your plan and resources. Replacement copies may not be available after we delete our copies.

8. Six-week online coaching

The coaching package provides six consecutive weeks of written message support, beginning on the date agreed with you.

Support is delivered through an agreed platform, such as Facebook Messenger or Instagram direct messages. Video conferences and telephone appointments are not included.

The package includes up to one hour of support each week, spread across the week. This covers our time reading updates, reviewing questions and preparing responses. It does not mean one hour of continuous live conversation.

Support hours are 6 am to 10 pm Queensland time, AEST. Our usual response target is within one hour during these hours. This is a target rather than a guarantee of immediate or uninterrupted availability.

Messages received outside support hours will be addressed after support resumes. We will communicate planned interruptions to availability.

We will let you know when you are approaching your weekly allowance. Additional paid support requires your agreement. Unused weekly time does not carry forward unless otherwise agreed.

If an interruption on our side materially reduces the support available, we will discuss an appropriate extension, alternative arrangement or refund for the undelivered portion.

9. Prices and payments

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars. Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be shown before payment.

Payments are processed through Square using our Wix checkout. Your financial institution or payment provider may apply its own terms.

We will not charge for additional services without your agreement.

10. Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically using the contact details supplied with your order.

Printed products are sent to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please check your details carefully and notify us promptly of any errors.

Preparation and delivery estimates will be provided in the product listing or order confirmation. If a material delay occurs, we will contact you to discuss the available options.

Your rights concerning delivery within an agreed or reasonable time remain unchanged.

11. Australian Consumer Law

Our products and services are subject to Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where a product or service fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy, including repair, replacement, refund, cancellation or compensation, depending on the circumstances.

Please contact us if a product is damaged, incorrect, not supplied as described or otherwise fails to meet an applicable guarantee.

12. Cancellations and refunds

The following arrangements apply to change-of-mind cancellations and do not limit your consumer rights:

  • Before personalised preparation begins: we will refund the cancelled item.

  • After personalised preparation begins: any refund may be reduced by reasonable work already completed and non-recoverable costs. We will explain the calculation.

  • Before coaching begins: we will refund the coaching fee.

  • After coaching begins: we will refund unused full weeks remaining after cancellation.

A particular sleep outcome not being achieved does not, by itself, establish that the service was defective. You may still seek a remedy if we have failed to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.

If we cannot provide a purchased service, we will discuss an alternative with you or refund the undelivered portion, without limiting your other rights.

13. Free pilot programme

Pilot places are limited to the number advertised. The relevant listing explains the products and services included.

Families participating in the free pilot agree to complete an honest feedback form. Positive feedback is not required.

Permission to publish a testimonial is separate and optional. We will not publish identifiable feedback without permission.

14. Respectful communication

We ask that communication remains respectful.

We may pause or end support where abusive or threatening conduct prevents safe service delivery. Where appropriate, we will explain the concern and provide an opportunity to resolve it.

If we end support, we will refund the undelivered portion, subject to applicable consumer rights.

15. Use of plans and resources

Plans and resources are provided for your family’s personal use. You may share them with caregivers, educators and health professionals involved in supporting your child.

Unless we provide written permission, our materials must not be resold, published publicly or reproduced for commercial use.

You retain ownership of information and materials you provide to us. Third-party resources remain subject to their owners’ rights and any stated usage conditions.

16. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Please do not include your child’s full name, date of birth, address, school name or other identifying information in the intake form or sleep diary. Use only their initials and age in years and months.

Purchasing a service does not automatically provide consent to marketing communications or publication of a testimonial.

17. Concerns and disputes

Please contact Anna Julian through the business contact details on this website if you have a concern about a product or service.

We will consider your concern and aim to resolve it fairly. You retain the right to contact a relevant consumer regulator, privacy regulator, tribunal or court.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by Queensland law and applicable Commonwealth law.

Nothing in these terms removes mandatory protections or rights available to you under other applicable laws.

How the Personalised Sleep Plan Works

  • After purchasing your NeuroNest Personalised Sleep Plan, you will receive a link to complete the online sleep intake form and seven-day sleep diary.

  • The intake asks about your child’s sleep patterns, routines, sensory needs, regulation, communication, emotional safety, relevant health considerations and your family’s priorities. Please use only your child’s initials and age in years and months, and avoid other identifying details.

  • Once your completed intake form, seven-day sleep diary and any necessary additional information have been received, NeuroNest Collective aims to email your personalised sleep plan and accompanying resources within four business days.

  • If clarification is needed, Anna will contact you before finalising the plan. This may extend the preparation timeframe, and you will be advised of any anticipated delay.

  • Your plan provides practical, step-by-step recommendations tailored to your child and family. Online coaching and printed copies are purchased separately unless expressly included in your selected package.

Optional Six-Week Online Coaching

  • Optional coaching is available at an additional cost through an agreed written communication method, such as email, Facebook Messenger or Instagram direct messages. Video conferencing and telephone appointments are not included.

  • Coaching helps you understand the plan, ask questions, share progress and make appropriate adjustments as you put recommendations into practice.

  • The package includes up to one hour of message support per week, spread across the week. This covers Anna’s time reading updates, reviewing questions and preparing replies. It is not a continuous live chat session.

  • Support hours are 6 am to 10 pm Queensland time (AEST), with a usual response target of within one hour during these hours. Messages received outside these hours will be addressed after support resumes.

  • The six-week coaching period begins on an agreed date, usually when your completed plan is emailed. Unused weekly support time does not carry forward unless otherwise agreed.

  • Support beyond the six-week package or weekly allowance may be available as a separate paid service. Any additional cost will be agreed with you beforehand.
