Walking this journey alongside you

Our Story

NeuroNest was created from my own journey as a parent. As the mother of an autistic daughter, I have experienced the beauty, complexity and challenges of supporting a neurodivergent child, especially around sleep, regulation and everyday routines. I started NeuroNest to walk alongside families navigating similar paths, offering support that is both evidence informed and deeply compassionate.

I am an experienced early childhood educator, sleep consultant and inclusion specialist, with a Bachelor of Teaching and Learning, postgraduate qualifications in Autism Studies and current study toward a Master of Autism. My work is grounded in the belief that children thrive when their caregivers feel confident, supported and understood.

At NeuroNest, I partner with families to explore what their child may be communicating through sleep, behaviour and daily rhythms. Together, we co-create calming, sustainable strategies that build connection, honour each child’s strengths and support participation in home, learning and community life. All approaches are tailored, relational and aligned with NDIS goals.
